G-RES Terms of Use
Version 1.0 — effective 15 July 2026
These Terms govern access to G-RES, an electrical-resistivity processing, interpretation, AI-assistance, reporting and export platform operated by Terracode Analytics. Contact contact@terracodeanalytics.com for legal, privacy or support enquiries.
Accounts and authority
By creating an account or using G-RES, you accept these Terms and confirm that you are legally able to do so. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity, and must have authority to upload and process all submitted survey, location, project and supporting data.
Permitted use
Terracode Analytics grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use G-RES for lawful internal technical, business, educational or evaluation purposes. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not bypass controls, interfere with the service, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product without written permission.
Data and outputs
You retain ownership of your submitted data. You grant Terracode Analytics the limited rights needed to host, secure, transmit and process that data and generate requested outputs. Resistivity inversions are non-unique; VES correlations, lithology suggestions and AI text are interpretive aids, not geological certainty.
Professional review
Outputs must be independently reviewed by qualified geophysicists, geologists, engineers or other competent professionals before drilling, construction, safety, commercial, legal, investment or operational decisions. G-RES does not replace field verification or professional judgement.
Availability, suspension and changes
The service may change or be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. Access may be limited or suspended for security risk, misuse, non-payment, legal requirements or breach of these Terms. Updated versions may require renewed acceptance.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-RES is provided without a warranty that every output is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Terracode Analytics is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or decisions made solely from platform outputs. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing terms
Any signed order form or written agreement with Terracode Analytics takes priority where it conflicts with these Terms. Governing law and dispute forum should be confirmed in that agreement or by final legal review.
