G-RES Data Ownership and Confidentiality Policy
Version 1.0 — effective 15 July 2026
Users retain ownership of client survey data and project material. Terracode Analytics receives only the limited right needed to store, secure, process, transmit and display that material and generate requested outputs.
Users are responsible for permissions, lawful collection, accuracy and appropriate backups. Terracode Analytics will restrict access to authorized personnel and providers with a service need, subject to security, support, legal and incident-response requirements. Data may be deleted on a valid request subject to backups, disputes, security and legal retention obligations.
G-RES does not use one customer's confidential survey data to disclose project-specific results to another customer.
